Five In-House AM Systems
All builds run on our own machines in Taiyuan — no hidden subcontracting beyond the disclosed HIP step. Laser powder bed fusion is our core process, covering titanium, nickel superalloys, stainless steels, aluminum, cobalt chrome, tool steel and CuCrZr copper. Every build logs its parameters, and every part is tied to a named powder lot.
Machine specifications — build envelopes, layer thickness ranges and laser configurations — are shared with your quotation, so the capability you pay for is the capability you get.
One Floor, Start to Finish
DfAM engineering, the build itself, wire EDM separation, support removal, CNC machining, polishing, blasting, passivation, heat treatment, inspection and export documentation — performed by one team in one facility. HIP is the single specialist step we coordinate with an outside facility, and it is disclosed on your quotation. No other stage leaves the building.
Quality System
Production runs under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification held by our parent company, Shanxi Zeming Environmental Protection Technology Co., and shared across the group. Certifications:
Inspection capability in-house:
- XRF — alloy verification of every incoming powder and finished part, before any finishing begins
- CMM — dimensional inspection against your tolerance map
- NDT — PT, RT/CT and UT per drawing requirements, in-house or with an accredited third party
- EN 10204 3.1 — issued by Zeming as the producing facility, compiled with powder, build, heat-treatment and inspection records into one traceability package
Where a program contractually requires AS9100D, NADCAP or ISO 13485, we state our certification status up front so you can decide with full information — we do not claim certificates we do not hold.
Second-Party Audits Welcome
Contractual right-to-audit is standard for us: visit the floor, review the quality records, and watch a build. If your program needs it, we sign a quality agreement covering audit scope and frequency before the order.
