3D Demiurge delivers metal additive manufacturing under one roof. We engineer the part for the process, build it on our five in-house AM systems, and complete CNC machining, surface finishing, inspection, traceability, and export at Zeming. You deal with one engineering team accountable for the finished part and its documentation.

The metal AM division sits on the group's machining, finishing and inspection floor, which is why one team can answer for the finished part and its documentation.
Zeming's in-house capabilities include CNC machining, surface finishing, and quality inspection — and the metal AM build itself, on five in-house systems. Everything under one roof: no hand-offs, no split accountability, one team that answers for the finished part and the documentation that proves it.

Every delivery follows the same six-step path — and every step happens in-house at Zeming: one floor, one team, one accountable engineer.
Geometry, tolerances, alloy and volume reviewed. You receive a revised CAD model, a process recommendation and a tolerance map before any build is committed.
Your part is matched to the right in-house system. The machine and its certification status are stated on the quotation.
Laser powder bed fusion on our own systems with logged parameters and a traceable powder lot. Machine, powder lot and parameters appear on your PO and traceability documentation.
Wire EDM separation, stress relief or HIP coordination, CNC machining, polishing, blasting, passivation, assembly — performed by Zeming's team.
XRF alloy verification, CMM dimensional reports, NDT as specified. In-house plus accredited third-party where your program requires it.
The full traceability package — powder lot certificate, EN 10204 3.1, inspection reports — compiled and shipped with your parts under Shanxi Zeming.
